How to reach us

Email hello@bouldersbeachtours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.

We are a booking guide, not a tour operator and not SANParks, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking, and we cannot sell you a conservation fee. Bookings go to the operator through the platform you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.

If your tour did not run

Weather and minimum-numbers cancellations are the operator's call, and the refund or new date is theirs to give. Your confirmation email carries the operator's own contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Every tour listed here refunds in full up to 24 hours ahead.

Corrections

If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. SANParks sets its fees and hours once a year and operators change their meeting points between seasons, so the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.
